The setup

Knot had a great product and a small but loyal customer base. Their email list was 4,200 names that had never been emailed once. Welcome series? A single "Thanks!" confirmation. Abandoned-cart flow? None.

They didn't need an agency that would write a "brand strategy" deck for six weeks. They needed someone to ship a working email program in a month and answer the phone when something broke.

What changed

  • Week 1 — audit, plan, and platform setup (moved them from Mailchimp to Klaviyo).
  • Week 2 — welcome flow live; first broadcast (a back-in-stock teaser) drove $4,210.
  • Week 4 — abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase flows live.
